Basal implants are advanced technology implants which engages the basal bones ( basal cortical bone) helps in immediate fixing of tooth or teeth.

Usually traditional implants need long healing periods and waiting spans. Often requires extensive bone grafting procedures. They cannot be placed in infected jaw bone , diabetic patients and smokers
